Steve was the best realtor I’ve ever had, from start to finish. He was knowledgeable on the area, and was always super-responsive and replied to my texts and emails immediately. And he really did a great job maneuvering through the multiple offers I got on my home. I would highly recommend not paying other realtors 7+3% on your sale while Steve is around.
