Worst agent so far, doesn't know how to talk to someone, asked for the info even told him i don't have an agent, still he asked my info and id through text which i sent to him, then still didnt send the info asked, plus being rude after that. Is that professionalism.

Selling a business that you have build from the ground up is an emotional experience. Your heart and soul is in every aspect of your business there isn’t one thing that hasn’t been touched by you personally. So when you decide to sell you want someone who is on your side but also no bullshit. Getting a good price and making the sale go smoothly is paramount while also keeping it on the downlow as to not spook employees or upset regular customers. Steve did all of that. He walked us through the process and it was a great experience getting us a better price than expected while keeping our emotions in tack.

Excellent Realtor! This was our first commercial purchase so we needed a little hand-holding. Besides knowing the market really well and handling our contract negotiations like a boss, Steve expertly guided us through the process at each phase so we always felt in the loop.
