Steve was phenomenal!! We had a very tight minimal budget, yet he treated us as though we were buying a million dollar estate. Knowing our anxiety with highway driving, he drove countless times from one end of the province to the other to virtually show us over 35 properties. And he found us THE PERFECT place to call home. He was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process - whether it was arranging home inspection or liasing with our lawyer or our bank - to ensure nothing was missed and all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted. We could not have done this without him. Steve is the ultimate professional. He will never ever let you down. We are so grateful to him.

We would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Steve, if they are considering buying a home . We traveled from Ontario to Nova Scotia in hopes of finding our retirement home and Steve made it happen .
