Steve Carr has been an exceptional realtor for us. We hired him for both the sale of one property and the purchase of another. He saved us thousands by discussing a solid purchase price and helping with the timeline for our sale. We had a difficult potential buyer and some trouble with the seller, and Steve really had our backs and solved several problems, managing both transactions very diligently. Steve's a really smart guy. He's professional and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He's got his finger on the pulse. He has been very respectful in all of his communications with everyone involved. And he's also a hard worker, puts the time in, and always answers calls and texts in a timely manner. I've already recommended him to others and will use his services in future when needed.

Steve was phenomenal!! We had a very tight minimal budget, yet he treated us as though we were buying a million dollar estate. Knowing our anxiety with highway driving, he drove countless times from one end of the province to the other to virtually show us over 35 properties. And he found us THE PERFECT place to call home. He was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process - whether it was arranging home inspection or liasing with our lawyer or our bank - to ensure nothing was missed and all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted. We could not have done this without him. Steve is the ultimate professional. He will never ever let you down. We are so grateful to him.

We would highly recommend anyone to reach out to Steve, if they are considering buying a home . We traveled from Ontario to Nova Scotia in hopes of finding our retirement home and Steve made it happen . Steve was incredible. He was available whenever we needed anything. This is our first home purchase and had to buy virtually for a long distance move. Steve went to multiple properties in one day for me, FaceTimed me during the showings and was extremely honest about each property. We will absolutely be using him again for our next home.
