Stephanie and her team were a tremendous help in both assisting us in getting our parents' house ready for sale and then their staging and marketing of the house, which lead to us ultimately accepting one offer among competing offers on only the fifth day on the market. During the entire time we always knew exactly what was going on, what was expected of us, what our choices were and what our responsibilities were. You could not ask for more than that. We were very pleased with both the service we received and the outcome.
