<p>Stan worked very hard under very difficult circumstances during the COVID19 Isolation Phase to get me the best price on the Apt I bought and for the townhouse I was selling. He also understood exactly what I was looking for in my new apartment He went well beyond what I would have expected and helped me with many aspects of preparing my townhouse for sale.</p>

Stan was helpful throughout the purchasing process; he provided information on other recent sales/listings in the area, was very responsive whenever needed (the back-and-forth with the seller often fell on evenings and weekends) and let me know if he wasn't going to be available at any point. Stan was easy to work with via DocuSign and was quick and efficient in putting together the original offer and subsequent amendments. He fielded communications with the selling agent well and overall did a great job representing me. I have worked with 3 agents in the past - never the same one twice - but I would work with Stan again and would definitely recommend him.

Stan did his homework on what was happening in the market, was well prepared when he first met with us, and explained his analysis as to pricing and market timing. His advice on what we needed to do before listing was exceptional. We were out of the country when we listed our property. Stan handled everything that was needed during our absence, and communicated with us frequently. The long distance handling and signing of documents digitally was greatly appreciated.
