I know that might sound like a cliché, but I can honestly say -hand on heart - Spencer goes above and beyond from day one, and he’s still there for you months after you move in. We were living in Montreal and had never even set foot in Edmonton. Because of a small scheduling conflict, our initial realtor passed our case on to Spencer… and honestly, - with all due respect to him - that turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened. Spencer was professional, honest, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. Thanks to him, we were able to buy our dream home in Edmonton without a single regret. The only “problem” with Spencer is that he makes the whole process feel so easy and stress-free that you almost feel like buying a new home every couple of years just to work with him again! To say Spencer went above and beyond for me during my buying process would be a massive understatement. I live in Calgary and was interested in buying a rental property in the Edmonton area. Being from out of town, my knowledge of the city and access to the city was quite limited. Spencer provided a wealth of knowledge and a relentless work ethic. He took videos for me, did FaceTime viewings and found opportunities for me that I would not have found on my own. We went through the offer process multiple times and eventually found the perfect property for me. Spencer's value did not end once the offer was accepted. He provided me with everything I needed during the closing period, inspector referrals, mortgage brokers, contractors and tradesmen, and even the services of a very reliable property manager. By the time I closed on the property, everything was in place to have a seamless transition into ownership.
