I have never met a realtor who's knowledge is outstanding as Soraia Kadar. The moment we met her , she sat down and explained everything about selling our home. She guided us through from getting a remarkable contractor. Her connections to get the house in tip top shape for the sale. She explained all our options from contractors, lawyers, financial advisor and banks. . I was floored by how personable she was and caring about our needs. She took our cats and kept them at her home while renovations were being done. She was constantly keeping us up to date on everything she was doing pertaining to the sale of our home.
