We recently bought a townhouse through Sophie. Sophie was excellent as a realtor. We found her to be very professional at all times, and knowledgeable. Sophie worked with us for over a year, (we were travelling in between looking for a new home) to find a home that suited us. At no time did we ever feel Pressurized to buy something. Sophie was very patient taking us to numerous homes, and even when we changed our minds as to what we wanted to buy, (from a house with a suite, to a townhouse), Sophie was happy to begin looking all over again for us. Sophie negotiated for us, was careful to explain everything to us, and even during the final walk through made sure that the townhouse was in excellent condition. Sophie was very quick to answer any of our communications, and what we really liked was her honesty about each home she showed us, as to whether it was suitable for our needs, or not. We look on Sophie as a friend now, not just our realtor. She went above and beyond to help us find the home that we are now happy in. We highly recommend Sophie!
