My husband and I recently relocated from Embrun Ontario to Hope British Columbia.   We would have had a very difficult time if it wasn’t for Sophie.  We had inquired about a couple of houses in Hope and we had a very nasty experience with one other realtor,  We saw a house that we liked and asked if it was still available and the reply from this realtor was one word. Yes.  That is it, no other reply in the return email from her. You can just imagine how turned off we were and thinking that we would never find a home.   As we were looking we fell in love with this one house in the same neighbourhood and reached out.  It was one of Sophie’s houses.  Sophie explained to us that it wasn’t available but continued to ask us what we were looking for and how she could help us find a home and that she had recently relocated another family from Ontario.  Sophie worked tirelessly for us, even thought there is a 3 hour time difference Sophie would send us houses and would call us bright and early BC time and would continue to communicate with us well into the late evening. If it wasn’t for Sophie we would have never found our home.  Sophie is seriously the best realtor ever.  She will work endlessly until you are able to find what you want and need and will move heaven and earth to make sure that your journey with her is perfect.

Sophie was excellent to work with and very efficient. I am out of province and she took the time to make sure everything was taken care of when I could do little myself. I would recommend her to anyone!
