Sivage advised us to sell our home about several month ago when the market was hot & help us to find the short-term rental to stay. He advises us about the inflationary trend and upward increase of the interest rate hike and it’s direct impact and correlation with the house prices. Oh Gosh, he was 100% correct, this is where his education background as a CPA and his experience plays a pivotal role.
