Outstanding service every time! We have used Simply Homes (Ashley and associates) for three home purchases and two home sales. Each time the process has been great from start to finish. Simply Homes takes care of everything you can think of including coming equipped full of recommendations for lawyer, assessors, inspectors, and the like (all of which have only had glowing things to say about their working relationships with Simply Homes). They leave very little stress to the client being a purchaser or seller. They offer prompt, friendly, and professional communication (sometimes well into the late hours of the evening). Always open to discuss options and any concerns or questions we’ve had arise. Offers great advice and you can tell they have a great understanding of the market and needs of their clients at top of mind. Both times we sold using Simply Homes the process was above expectations for sell prices and timelines (and this was before the latest market boom). High quality marketing, well organized open houses, and prompt negotiations make for excellent results. Shopping for a new home always seems like a daunting task, but every time we have used Simply Homes they have left us enjoying the process and looking forward to seeing Ashley and the team. Great to have the process be fun and enjoyable. We have referred Simply Homes and Ashley to at least 9 other contacts, all of which have had endless positive things to say about their experiences as well. Would be a pleasure to work with Simply Homes again, and cannot recommend them enough to everyone we can.

Overall, Simply Homes did not meet my needs as a home buyer. Courtesy and professionalism get high marks, property knowledge was adequate, but representing my objectives for value was unsatisfactory. Ashley was reluctant to submit offers on my behalf and provided limited feedback, except that we see value differently. My understanding is a realtor represents their client, not their personal views. If a realtor has a differing view on value, my expectation is to have a conversation, and preferably data, that would justify that perspective. I should note that the realtor I subsequently worked with had the same value as me, unprompted, based on market comparables. My only conclusion is Ashely was interested in working with a client that gave her a higher probability of fee generation in a very short time period. In another instance, when I requested to amend an offer term to provide me incremental protection, she advised against the incremental protection, not wanting to deviate from the form contract. Ashley was very professional, courteous, reliable, punctual, and responsive. She provided online property filters aligned with my objectives and was patient in answering any questions I had. She is very friendly and personable.
