Simon went above and beyond throughout our whole home buying experience not only during, but also after the completion date. It was our first time purchasing a home so it was quite a new and stressful experience. However, Simon is always extremely helpful and responsive whenever we have any questions. He took initiative in organizing the cleaning and even cleaned the house himself when the seller's agent made a mess. He would also help fix up the home and test each appliance to make sure it is in working order. He also prepared extra copies of keys and garage openers to ensure every household member had a set. He took his time explaining every detail of the home buying process to educate us and gave us tips as to what things to watch out for in the homes during viewing.
