Our experience has been with Simon D Hunt was that no matter the value of the property we still received the same amazing outstanding service. From selling our $300k condo to our $600k single family home. At all times we have found Simon and all his team to be an amazing, and extremely professional. From our first meeting to discuss the listing of the property Simon came prepared with documents to confirm the value of the market at that time for our location and property. He provided a professional team to assist with the staging of our property. When it comes to marking there are no words the service is beyond word, to the point sometimes we will see listing and say Simon would not accept this:) Simons team were very considerate towards our schedule when it came to arranging viewing. When is came to negotiating with our purchaser Simon provided sound strong advised on how to proceed.

It has been a great experience working with Simon and the team. Simon and the team have been exemplary in their efforts and execution from start to finish. The dedication and the thoroughness in all efforts have been outstanding. Right from keeping us informed , updates and the whole experience has been phenomenal. At the time that Simon sold our acreage, he had several listings in the vicinity which had been on the market for over a year, so I knew we had to list at the right price and be negotiable. Simon made me aware of all the details of our place which should be factored into the price and I calculated a price which was on the optimistic side of reasonable. I was a bit higher than he recommended, but I was prepared to negotiate. The wife of the couple who were the first to view was also a successful, reputable real estate agent. I am pretty sure that the mutual respect between her and Simon helped negotiations. The transaction was amazingly quick: they viewed it the day it was listed and made an offer the same day, I countered the following day and they accepted. Total time on market: two days! I'm sure there was a lot of conversation between Simon and the lady at the same time. The initial offer was about 6.5% off the listed price (which is normally pretty good); the final sale price was about 0.75% off the listed price. Very impressive! In our search for a new place, Simon was equally impressive: very patient, cheerful, thoughtful and supportive through a rather long search for a home to satisfy some specific requirements. When we found the right house, we were under a tight deadline and Simon managed to expedite the whole transaction in record time! For any and all future real estate transactions, I won't hesitate to employ Simon's services again - in fact, I wouldn't think of using anyone else!
