A friend of ours highly recommended Simon D Hunt to sell our home. We invited him to sit with us to discuss prices and recommendations on how to prepare our home for sale. He came to the meeting with a thick book of examples of pass sales. He came with more information than we had seen from any other agent we interviewed. We felt a sense of being at ease and trust with Simon from start to finish. He knows the business inside and out. We are also very pleased with his skilled team such as his receptionists, photographer and stager. We are happy to say that our home sold in nine days and with the price we expected. We would not hesitate to recommend Simon to others.
