Simon helped us make a dream come true! We had been on the search for a rural property close to the city and had fairly specific criteria. He was extremely accommodating despite his busy schedule and able to help us find a great property! His negotiations on our behalf helped us get a great price and he went above and beyond in helping us with his network of contacts to get questions answered and tests done on the property to ensure that we made a good purchase. Simon is thorough and extremely knowledgeable and we have so much trust in his expertise! His team as always was a huge help throughout the purchase and so friendly and knowledgeable. Simon has been the best realtor I have ever dealt with by a very long mile. He was always prompt for all appointments, he was knowledgeable about selling our home, the present market and the properties being shown and it was obvious from beginning to end that he would work hard to both sell our home and to find us the new home we were hoping for.
