<p>Have often thought that going through a realtor is expensive and not worth it, and I have bought and sold a few houses in my lifetime, but this was definitely the most professional experience that I have had with a realtor. When we put the house on the market, I thought we would be taking a loss, and when told what house could be sold for, I did not imagine it would sell for more than what we paid for and be a break even proposition after real estate fees were paid for. Simon told us what was needed to be done to the house to get top dollar, we did those things and the house sold in 2 weeks from going on the market for close to what we were asking. What I have learned is not all realtors are the same, and some are definitely not worth what you end up paying them - Simon Hunts team stands out from any other experience that I have had, and would use him without hesitation on my next real estate transaction. I highly recommend him as a realtor!</p>
