She will tell you outright I the prices are not going to get you what you want and in certain times will not take on properties which do not have any chance of selling because they are listed way outside of properly priced listings. If they are close to reasonable she will take on the listing with the understanding that pricing when wrong can make it impossible to sell. When purchasing she is amazing at working to find the right places to purchase for her clients and will work to get the best prices possible. She uses the most up to date tools to find the right places for you to look at and does not waste your time unnecessarily.
