When my husband and I contacted Shirley to help with leasing our investment property she responded with enthusiasm and expertise. She shared with us industry tips and knowledge that helped us feel confident about pricing and strategy. Although it was just the lease of a condo, the service, level of care and patience she exhibited far exceeded my expectations. In a matter of days after we listed there was healthy activity and interest in our property. We received a few offers. Shirley spent the time to talk us through each possible tenant and did a thorough credit and background check. Never did we feel rushed to make a decision. In the end our property was successfully leased FULL PRICE with only a few days on the market. Shirley was extremely good at marketing our property, which I had expected to take approximately 3 months to find an appropriate tenant due to higher price and winter season.
