Shilo and her team are the best in the business. They take of every detail so that the experience of selling AND buying is worry free! We have used Shilo and her team multiple times to both buy and sell properties and we would never consider using anyone else. We were trying to purchase a property shilo had listed. We offered over the asking price with no conditions and a large deposit. She came back saying the buyer wanted more and she told us how much more. How can you ask for more when we have already offered over asking? At any rate we increased our offer to the amount she asked for and she told our realtor we had a deal. About 10 - 15 minutes later she called our realtor back and told him she had received another offer higher than ours and that if we were still interested in the property we would have to submit another offer, higher again. She qualified this by telling our realtor that even though she had verbally accepted our offer she had not gotten any signatures on it yet. Definitely would not trust this woman, her word does not mean anything.

Shilo has always been absolutely amazing to work with. This is the second time using her services, and anytime I will ever be in need again, I will most definitely give her a call. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional, and does all she can to make the experience a great one from start to finish!
