I was introduced to Sheron by a close friend of mine who she had helped to find a home to rent. Today I am eternally grateful to my friend for placing me in the hands of one of the most professional persons I have ever met. Her friendly demeanor and "million dollar" smile confirmed that she was the real estate agent that I needed to help us to make my dream of finding a home come through. She had our interest at heart so she gave us all the possible options that could work for us. She always keeps her appointments to drive us to as many properties that we could go to look at. She did not try to coherse us to make choices. When we finally decided to make a choice, she represented us well in negotiations. She ensured that we got value for our money. She communicated with us effectively and at no point did we have to call to follow up. The transaction was smooth and thanks to her we were able to move in our new home earlier than we had anticipated. She provided the total package. Her recommendations were excellent. The previous home owners were so impressed with Sheron's professionalism that they told me that I had an excellent agent and they wished she was their agent. Sheron always calls us to find out if all was well and if we were happy with our home and of course it was always a resounding 'yes!" Sheron helped us find a home that is within our budget. It did not matter how long it took. She is knowledgeable & professional about her work. She is very warm, caring, helpful & accommodating with her clients. We will certainly work with her again, hopefully in the near future.
