She was patient as we traveled from Red deer to Edmonton to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell in love with the higher priced homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Sheri guided us through the purchase of our house and made things easy by allowing us to sign as much as possible through online documents. This was a big time saver for us and she clearly outlined what each documented represented as it can be quite overwhelming. Her negotiating skills helped us purchase our dream house because they were multiple bids on the property. Sheri's expertise helped us buy our house but we quickly ran into a new issue, selling our existing house. We listed it with Sheri and she had an open house set up almost immediately, she provided tips on how to stage it properly and started networking asap. We listed it on Wednesday and by Friday we had already received an offer, the timing was surprising but this was a townhouse with several other units available that were identical. Not sure how she managed this but she was capable of listing and having it sold in less than 3 days! I always recommend her whenever friends are looking!
