We listed our house in late February 2020 and were pleased to see a flurry of activity in the 2 weeks leading up to COVID, and then along came COVID & the Oil price shock and activity dried right up. Our house was valued and listed in the mid $600K range so a much smaller buyer pool. Viewings dried up until June and we saw spotty activity through late August when activity picked up. We had a reasonable level of viewings in September and August And finally an offer, the offer was a lowball and the buyers difficult and demanding and after some back and forth and great council / advice from Sheri we accepted an offer we could live with although there were a number of subject to’s and conditions Sheri again was able to navigate us through this. Sheri impressed us with her level of commitment, dedication and ability to communicate through the ups and downs of the selling a house in the age of COVID. We would not hesitate to recommend Sheri and would definitely use her for are future real estate needs.

Selling our home during a pandemic and a difficult economic time in Edmonton, we expected to feel stressed throughout the process. Putting ourselves in Sheri's capable hands proved to be a great decision. She made the experience far less stressful than it would surely have been with a different real estate agent, taking responsibility for every aspect she possibly could, and walking us through every task we had to attend to ourselves. Sheri connected us with trades who prepared the house to appeal to a potential new owner, and they all completed their jobs quickly and to our satisfaction. She staged the home and photographed it beautifully. Sheri read the market expertly and continuously during the listing, timing a small price reduction just right so we weren't left like so many other unfortunate sellers unable to sell for months in this market. She gave us good, realistic advice during negotiation, and we're confident that she got us the best price possible for our property. Our only hesitation writing a positive review about our experience with Sheri is that we don't want her to be too popular and busy to work with us again! But seeing other reviews from clients who worked with her at the same time as we did tells us she was already busier than we thought. With the amount of attention and care Sheri paid to us and our home, it was easy to think we were the only family she was helping! We will be calling Sheri every time we are considering buying or selling a home. Everyone should.

Sheri has this way of making you feel like you are the only clients she has at any given time. She is always reachable and super helpful. She is also very well connected and offers ideas and contacts of people who can help in any area of expertise. She was really dedicated to helping us find the perfect place and was so strong in helping us negotiate. We are just so impressed and highly, highly, highly recommend her! She is exactly the person you want for such an important transaction. Hopefully we never move again but if we do, we know who we will be calling!
