Sheri is an exceptional realtor! This is someone you can definitely depend on and trust. Sheri helped us purchase our dream home in Edmonton after we moved from another city. She was patient and thoughtful, always finding the balance between taking time to be sure of the purchase while not waiting so long as to miss out in this hot market. Sheri demonstrated over and over that she is a creative problem solver and will work with you to make almost anything possible. She is very caring, clever and knowledgeable about real estate, always finding ways to alleviate stress and facilitate the process. Sheri has great connections and recommandations for local vendors, brokers, lawyers, etc. and she follows up to ensure you are receiving attention and care. Throughout the process, we always felt Sheri was 100% on our side and working for us. She was very accessible, worked around our limited availability and never seemed bothered by our questions or needs. She refused to let us settle for less than we wanted and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. She has an awesome assistant but Sheri remains your primary contact throughout the whole process and directly handles your files. I can’t say anything but positive things about Sheri! She was my realtor for both the buying and selling side. She knew her stuff and paid attention to every detail - it was kind of funny when she’d bring up little facts that I had talked to her about when we first met. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable and an overall wonderful person. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in any real estate transaction. (Although my bank account wouldn’t let me do it)
