<p>Sheri provided excellent representation of our home to the market, and expertly guided us through a somewhat uncharted and 'soft' buying cycle, compared to the extremely robust period in the early spring of 2017. Sheri's negotiating skills shone through as she developing an effective value proposition for our town and home which helped any buyer realize the inherent value and understand the potential for the area.
