Shelly was amazing throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how patient she was the entire time, especially when it came to narrowing down the areas of metro Vancouver we wanted to search within. She was completely understanding of what we were looking for, and utterly respectful with regards to our thoughts and ideas as we journeyed through the process. She had answers to all our questions and successfully endeavored to find the answers or even other options when she didn't. Shelley is very aware of the value of the various neighborhoods and allowed us to bid accordingly without getting our emotions in the way. We never once felt rushed or concerned of our options. In the end we found our perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood well within budget thanks to Shelley's help. For anyone looking for their first home, we could not recommend Shelly enough.

Shelley Nicholl is a gentle calm soul. I found her engaging, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me. I bought a lovely condominium but knew nothing about the Strata Act nor how it operates.
