We do not live in Canada, and Shella is very responsive to all our questions through text. She took videos and pictures for us, so we can understand as much as we can about the property before making offer. Due to the COVID-19, we weren't able to return and see the house at all before closing, but Shella wouldn't mind running around for us to complete the transaction remotely.
