Sheldon and Nicole are hands down the two most down to earth individuals I've worked with. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs. They are very knowledgeable about the market and offered useful information about the areas we were looking in. But most of all they listen to your needs and wants. As a first time home buyer this is one of the most significant purchases you will make in your life and they were very patient and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

Sheldon was professional. He pointed areas that needed to be fixed and where necessary adjustments were to be made in order to maximize on price we wanted for the property. Sheldon in a timely fashion executed his plan and made it happen for me. There was no hastle and he went above and beyond to get the job done enen to the point of shoveling the drive way when I was not around. Sheldon and partner are a great team to work with.

Sheldon and Nicole are an amazing team. They made us so comfortable and calm all nerves with their wealth of knowledge about the industry. They were courteous; kind; respectful and patient with our family, feeding us with all the info. we needed to make the best decision for our family. Our family got what we needed when we sold and we were able to purchase a property that really suits our family dynamics at a cost that we can afford. We are so very happy with our home. It's the best decision we have made because of the guidance we received from Sheldon and Nicole. Even after the move, Sheldon and Nicole came back to ensure that we were settled well and enjoying our new space. We thought that was very sweet.
