Finding the right home can be stressful and we appreciated Shayna’s helpful approach to the whole process. She responded to our questions in a timely manner, was able to make good recommendations, and was flexible about meeting us on our schedule. When we found our new home Shayna was able to help us organize inspections and make recommendations for contractors to complete some small jobs. Shayna is a real person who cares.

Buying your first home can be a stressful experience especially when things don’t go as planned. Shayna was amazing and took the stress off us. She was there to walk us through every bump in the road and had our back and best interest in mind the whole time. We would not have gotten through this process without her.

I can’t say enough about Shayna. My husband and I just bought our first home and moved from Vancouver to Nanaimo. Shayna was amazing. She would pick us up from the ferry and drive us around for showings or send us videos if we couldn’t come over in person. Her knowledge and insight into home buying and the area was so valuable in helping us find the right home in the right area. She helped to keep us on schedule and let us know all the things we needed to do to close on our dream house. Even after we closed she was great to let us know good local parks, beaches and businesses to check. 10/10 love her and would recommend.
