I am beyond thankful to have had Shaylenne as my Real Estate agent by my side in my purchase/sale proceeds. Within only few months, she has helped me sell my house and purchase another one. Her extensive knowledge of her field and skills surpassed what I was looking for when I first thought about putting my house on the market. She went above and beyond to look out for my interests and missed nothing with my requests. No question, 11/10 recommend!

Shaylenne was Awesome! She is professional ,down to earth, not pushy , great sense of humour, honest, and gets back to you right away when you have a question. Can’t recommend her enough. The only flaw is that she’s a Red Wings fan…

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Shaylenne! Selling our condo and buying a bigger home could have been extremely stressful but from the first phone call I felt we were in safe hands. She walked us through everything, helped with staging and pictures, and put up with my craziness at times. Always available and great at communication. She totally understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect house. On top of being professional, she has a very positive personality that just makes you feel like you’re dealing with a friend. We are about to celebrate our first year! We purchased a manufactured home in Alberta based on affordability compared to the same type of home in BC.
