I met Shawn many years ago at an open house in my neighborhood. We were interested in purchasing an income property but that property didn’t make the cut. We stayed in touch for several years and I continuously asked questions which Shawn always gladly answered. One day we came across an open house, we stopped in and decided to buy it. Shawn was my first call, I knew Shawn was the agent I wanted to help me purchase this house and sell my current house. Shawn got us top dollar for the house we were selling (I believe it was the highest sold price in the Neighborhood at that time). Purchasing the new house was also seamless. Two years later we finally purchased that income property and guess what…I called Shawn! I continue to follow all of his social media which is filled with tons of fantastic information. I’m sure there may be another income property in our future. Thanks Shawn and your whole team, It’s been amazing to see you and your business grow.
