Shawn is absolutely amazing. He helped me renovate a cluttered outdated 2BR 1100+ sft condo by finding the junk removal team, flooring contractor, painter, electrician, plumber, appliances and lighting. He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, always available, courteous and kind. I would not have been able to sell a condo located in the west coast while living in the east coast if it wasn't for him. I tell everyone that he was the man with the plan and I just funded it.

Shawn made the experience of having to buy in Abbotsford, and being very particular about what we wanted, so much easier. He was always available and communicated with us promptly. His manner is wonderful to work with. He listened to and heard what our needs were. We so appreciated this as moving and making a housing decision can be very stressful.
