Shauna was amazing at keeping things simple and straight forward for me to understand during the selling process. Whenever a curve ball was thrown by a buyer situation she handled it with calm and information for me to think through it and understand next steps. Absolutely fantastic service and care throughout the entire process front to back. She definitely always had my back and I never felt like I was alone or floundering for information. I started the journey with Shauna back in 2023 when I would ask her some quick questions when I started thinking about buying a place. Shauna was quick with responding with my texts providing very helpful information. Fast forward to late 2023 when I asked Shauna to put me in touch with a mortgage agent that she would recommend to get the ball rolling. From that point I felt like I was talking to Shauna numerous times a week setting up viewings, asking questions and generally unloading all my emotional trepidations on what was going through my head. I never felt like I was bothering Shauna who was incredibly supportive with me and my scattered thoughts. We ended up making a number of offers on different properties throughout the process...some were cases of me getting outbid and others I chose to walk away based on results from the condo documents. It was definitely a whirl-wind of activities/stress for a while. We closed on a condo in August 2024 and I was able to pick up the keys in mid- September. Once our business was concluded I wasn't prepared for the strange feeling of not talking to Shauna every day. We had spent so much time together that not talking to her or meeting her at various properties felt like something was missing. Not only is Shauna (and Jack) knowledgeable, professional, and well connected but she is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her (and Jack) to anyone looking for a realtor in the City of Calgary and the surrounding area.
