Shauna was very explicit as to the process of purchasing a new home and once our offer was accepted Shauna explained the following processes. Shauna has several people who helped with the home inspection, financing as well as people who were extremely competent in assisting with renovation that would be recommended as well as what is required. You are kept informed and the encouragement provided in the process is great - you are NOT forgotton.
