When our daughter contacted an incurable illness and was no longer able to live on her own, it became apparent to my wife and me that the only way for us to help care for her would be for the three of us to move in together. However, our daughter owned her own condo, as did we, but neither of our places were big enough to merge our two households into one. We therefore listed both of our condos with Shauna, and began a very difficult process of finding just the right place that would work for our special needs, a process that eventually took several months to complete, due to the complexity of our situation. But Shauna never seemed to tire of giving us of her time and professional assistance through it all, something which we find quite amazing, because it really was quite an enormous, time consuming undertaking. Due to the transient nature of my employment over the years, I've had to relocate our family many times, and we've therefore worked with quite a large number of realtors throughout Alberta. We have to say that without a doubt, Shauna is tied first place in our ranking, along with a couple of other realtors who were just as hard working and dedicated to their vocation as Shauna is. We've also worked with a number of less than exemplary agents, and are convinced that realtors of Shauna's high calibre aren't always easy to find. We therefore highly recommend Shauna to anyone looking for a very experienced, professional, and truly dedicated realtor. When a couple of our friends were recently looking for a realtor, we suggested they try Shauna. They followed through with our suggestion, and are more than happy they did.

Shauna was a blessing in our search for our first home. She was tentative to all of our "must haves" when searching , quick to answer or return our calls and answer our questions, the paperwork process was quick and painless. Our search with Shauna could not have gone any smoother. She will be our reccomendation and go to for any and all real estate needs for our family, friends and ourselves.
