Working with Shaun was hands down one of the smoothest, most stress free, and positive experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly, I mean ever in the realm of every transaction I’ve ever experienced. Shaun had all the bases covered from day one. He has a reputable community of people in this line of work that made everything simple; from house inspections, to property reports, to handyman’s, banks, mortgage brokers, real estate photographers, lawyers etc. Shaun was able to recommend someone in every step of this process, so I didn’t have to spend hours researching companies, and people, that I knew nothing about. I was out of the country for the entire process of my home sale and was never once worried, or had any hiccups. Not only does Shaun have a reputable community in the line of work, but he has a huge social connection of people which makes advertising the property, and getting it into the hands of people who would suit the sale, very quick. I couldn’t recommend working with Shaun more. He’s such a wonderful person, easy to deal with, and incredibly professional.
