I cannot say enough good things about Sharon she was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very respectful. She very quickly determined what we were looking for. If she didn’t know the answer to our questions she wasn’t afraid to say “I will check it out and get back to you”. I have great respect for someone who isn’t afraid to say “ I don’t know but, “I will check it out for you”. Having never lived in a strata home when I became very frustrated with all the rules I was reading she quickly put it all in perspective. Our phone calls, emails and questions were quickly answered she was very attentive. When I expressed concerns about the electronic signing documents she contacted the software company and got the answers which put my mind at ease. By the end of this whole process Sharon was no longer just my Realor she had become my friend. I do have a complaint it’s with this form should you need to put the form down when you return everything you have entered is gone.....extremely frustrating.
