We loved working with Shari! She was attentive to what we wanted and found a property that was perfect for us and our family. She was always quick to answer any questions we had and took time to ensure we were happy with our new home. Shari is very personable and easy to work with. We had a lot of fun touring around the area and looking at homes with her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home to buy or rent.

I was looking for a property to rent and as soon as I went into the office Shari told me that she would find somewhere for me. Within one or two days she had found a delightful property with wonderful landlords and I moved in about a week later. I was in a hurry to move and Shari made it all happen. Negotiating leases, reference checks etc in Ontario is now quite complicated but I just did what I had to, when advised by Shari, and it made the process so much easier. Shari was extremely good at keeping in contact in a very timely manner. If and when I decide to buy in this area I would definitely go to Shari first to help me find somewhere suitable and smooth out the process.

Shari's client service is top-notch. You can count on her to always be in your corner and to present your property in its best light. She goes over and above on ensuring you feel in the loop and you can be confident that she is working every single day on helping you sell your asset. Shari is creative in marketing strategies and extremely diligent in ensuring that as her client, you feel like you are her ONLY client. Even when you are not. Real estate can be an emotional roller-coaster and many times through the process we appreciated Shari's calm counsel on days when the complications of a pandemic market felt overwhelming. I would not hesitate to work with her again and would recommend her as a selling or buying agent as she successfully helped with both transactions.
