<p>I was introduced to Shannon through a friend and was told she would knock it out of the park for me.<br /> This being said I cannot say enough good things about her. She is very easy to approach and is also very good at explaining things in laymen terms. I would also like to point out she is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise as a real estate agent.</p> <p>She is very pleasant and easy to deal with. For a person who appears to work several hours in a day, weekends etc. she is also very energetic. She was available 7-24 with any concerns, or requests I had, I actually called her one evening around 10PM and she picked up without hesitation. At one time I almost felt guilty I was asking so much from her but then again that's her job, which she does very well.</p> <p>Not to sure what else I can note about Shannon so here's the bottom line. If your looking for someone who understands real estate, is familiar with the area(s) around Edmonton and willing to go to bat for you with pricing, etc then she's the lady you want on your side. There was no comparing her to the person representing the sellers in this case (I was the buyer). The sellers rep had more experience than Shannon but there was no comparing the two in my opinion, Shannon was the better realtor of the two.</p>

this agent knew the three neighbourhoods of interest to us and did some research on pricing and what to expect. we were from out of province and when we were ready to look and buy, she devoted a good stretch of time to permit us to see what we wanted, in groupings we asked for. when it came time to make an offer, she provided solid information on the market in the area and characteristics which would add or detract value. resale value was a consideration in her advice to us - well done, Shannon!

Shannon was absolutely wonderful. She put up with our idiosyncrasies, understood what we were looking for, had answers to all the questions we asked. We couldn't have asked for more.
