We had a condo on the Bedford waterfront that we wanted to sell but the timing on the decision was when the real estate market had cooled down due to the increase in bank interest rate. I have sold other properties in the past but have not had an experience as I have with Shannon. I was fully confident that all aspects of the marketing and sale of the property were being executed by Shannon and her team. Highly recommend!

Shannon went above and beyond. Working to find us the unique property we required. With us being out of province she attended all the appointments for us. She is an excellent negotiator and is very knowledgeable. She is also very personable and listens to what you want. Very quick to respond. We took her all over the province. We would use her again without hesitation.
