Shanelle eagerly stepped in on showing me a property that I was interested in that was listed by her colleague. She initiated for me explore other properties in the neighborhood while an initial offer on the property I was originally interested in was pending. She created an account, through Collaboration Centre, of other listings that met my criteria. We looked at a few other properties. We were able to come back to the original property and were successful in buying it. Shanelle is professional, patient, responsive and willing to put in the time and effort throughout the entire process. She was there on very short notice when I initiated a further review of the property by a plumber while conditions were pending. She was generous with her time. She was respectful of my needs. She was thorough in following up and keeping me up to date throughout the entire buying process. She is a valuable partner to have and I recommend her for your real estate needs.
