Shandel was extremely personable and easy to connect with. She brought good information to the table which was very helpful in our decision making and she was always quick to respond. We appreciated her patience with us over the months of we worked with her, starting with the prerenovation up to the the time the home was listed. We were pleased with the marketing, showings, and short turnaround time it took to sell.

I had first contacted Shandell Barr about a listing in Gull Lake. She was very prompt with those inquiries but the property was not suitable. Later I then contacted her to arrange a viewing of three other properties these were also not suitable. On 6th. viewing found what I wanted. Shandell then provided me with a list of real estate brokers, house inspectors, lawyers and electricians also set up a second viewing of the property. I am a first-time buyer and had lots of questions. Shandell always had prompt answers for me and made the whole experience less stressful. I would highly recommend Shandell. She is a professional, very knowable, prompt and courteous and made sure I understood the whole home buying experience.

Shandel was amazing to work with. She was extremely understanding and caring when it came to the sale of our first house. Her communication was exceptional and she set clear expectations/guidelines for us to follow. We accepted a near full price offer within 2 days of the house being on the market! We worked with Shandel to purchase our next home immediately after. She focused on the things that we told her were important to us for our growing family.
