It has been an amazing experience working with Shalu. She made our life peaceful and stress-free and took care of everything from start till end of renting our house. She was very detailed in every step and walked us through the entire process and was always open to questions. She took care of collecting all details of the property, listing and updating the details whenever requested, scheduling the appointments and coordinating with the current occupants. She verified all applications, called and checked all references and gave us the best suggestions and advice. She was always helpful and made fair negotiations on our behalf. I will definitely recommend her for any real-estate needs!

Shalu initially helped us with renting a condo in 2021. We had a good experience. So, when we decided to buy our house in 2023, we went ahead with her again. She was very supportive thoughout the process. We got our first house in our desired neighborhood and we are really happy about it. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her.

She was always available for questions (silly or not) and accommodated our schedule for showings. She is very easy to work with and I will highly recommend her to anyone (new home buyer or not)
