Re our condo purchase, she arranged many showings, and as we were mostly exploratory to begin with she was patient, understanding and supportive of our high standards, and always accommodating. No pressure from her. Just the opposite, she encouraged us to take our time. Re the sale of our home, she was full of great advice regarding presentation, staging and pricing, always receptive to our thoughts and feelings in the process. Our home sold within a week after receiving three offers above asking. Throughout this process, Shaleni was most professional, but at the same time, friendly and considerate. She moved at our pace. Also, she was helpful in advising us regarding legal representation, moving arrangements and in putting us in touch with needed home improvement services. She managed all of this during the pandemic, again sensitive to our needs to be safe and careful. Would we hire her again? Absolutely. Do we recommend her? Yes, without reservation. Her many years of real estate experience, her honesty and her friendliness served us well. As seniors, we were fortunate to have her assistance with our real estate needs.
