Shai was great, she knew we were in the market to possibly sell our house, she knew the markets were about to peak and contacted us. She worked well with our renters and was able to book showings directly with them. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Would recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling.

I have bought and sold a number of places working with realtors, Shailene is truly a shining star. Shailene was always up front, she gave her undivided attention, being on time promptly following up when there were questions or she had more information to share. The transactions with this sale where complicated as there was lack of disclosures and other issues. Shailene was open with options yet the decision was mine she was very respectful. In dealing with difficult situation she was polite yet firm with the other realtor basically looking after her client (myself). Shailene was always friendly, beautiful personality, kind, not pushy such a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Shailene and would definitely have her as my realtor again. Even after the sale there were issues that arose which she promptly followed up with. Can’t say enough about this friendly professional woman yet you feel like a friend.
