Beware of Misleading Promises: A Cautionary Tale I recently had a regrettable experience with Shahrooz and Shahin Zomorodian when purchasing a pre-sell unit in North Vancouver. As a first-time homebuyer with little experience in the field, I placed my trust in Shahrooz Zomorodian, a decision I came to regret deeply. During the initial stages, Shahrooz Zomorodian assured me that I could transfer the sale before the closing if needed, with a promise of either retaining my original investment or earning up to 50% of my down payment. However, the reality turned out to be far from what was promised. The 1-bedroom unit, which was supposed to be ready within a year, faced significant delays, stretching to nearly three years, which I don’t blame him at all. After waiting for two years, I decided to sell the unit, only to be informed by Shahrooz Zomorodian that I would receive a mere 35% of my down payment, resulting in a substantial loss of 30K. When confronted about the misleading information provided earlier, Shahrooz Zomorodian conveniently blamed COVID, despite the fact that the purchase occurred after the pandemic's peak. It became evident that Shahrooz Zomorodian's primary concern was securing their commission, even at the expense of their clients' financial well-being. As a friend, I strongly advise exercising caution when considering working with Shahrooz Zomorodian, as my experience serves as a stark reminder to scrutinize promises made and thoroughly research before making any commitments.

I could see the advertisements of my condo (pictures & videos) in almost all social media every day.<br /> In spite of COVID-19 pandemic when “open houses” were locked down, he could sell my condo in a short period of time in Dec 2020 when the market was slow.<br /> I highly recommend Shahrooz. He is personable, professional & extremely hard working.</p>
