Seva recently sold a property for us, belonging to our recently deceased mother. The house was in bad shape but the neighbourhood was desirable. My brother and I, executors of the estate, found Seva to be very professional, accessible, and knowledgeable. With his approach to the sale of the property, he was able to get the family the price we wanted in very little time, no subjects and not a lot of effort on our part. Seva is extremely pleasant to work with and my brother and I would highly recommend him as an agent.

Seva goes above and beyond in everything he does. He also got things done with speed and professionalism. Nothing was a problem for him. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to both buy and sell our house in North Vancouver.

Seva managed my property as a rental for several years before we put it on the market. He advised me on the process of wrapping up my lease, preparing my place for sale, managed the small touch-ups and staging, got great photos taken, and had a good plan for listing and submission/review of offers. He had a good strategy for pricing/marketing and we got numerous offers over asking. There was no need to negotiate as the offers were very strong. He was obviously familiar with non-resident owners and had good virtual techniques for doing all the docs and recommended a conveyancing firm.

I have been very pleased with Seva, in helping me negotiate a sale on a house . I had outlined to him what I needed , bottom line, and he gave me , with some consultation , good advice which I followed ,to a successful sale. He is a good communicator , hard worker and honest person ... I would recommend him without reservation
