Good luck or Sergey is just THAT good?... We bought our very first home with Sergey and the whole experience ended up being as good as it can get. We are lucky to have met this man. We had the opportunity to go with a handful of realtors whom were our family and friends but we decided to look around at houses by ourselves without pressure (by having the listing agents showing the house) and then we would decide on who to go with. The listing agent on one house could now make it to the viewing so he connected us to his co-worker, Sergey. Right off the bat, his pure honesty, intelligence, sense of business, and realism caught our attention and when he suggested we partner up in the search we didn't hesitate. Being first time buyers we were veery of almost everything but Sergey was quick to ease all our worries and would explain in detail whenever there was any questions. He took his time to sincerely get to know us on a personal level and in turn made us feel like he was there for our best interest. We ended up looking at roughly 6-9 houses weekly for around 3 months. It came to a point where we were starting to feel bad for taking up so much of his time, after all, we live on the opposite side of the city. But Sergey is that dedicated and he assured us that is his job and he wants to make his clients happy. Nothing but positive attitude all the way through from this man. When we came across the house that we now call our home, Sergey devoted lots of his time and energy in making the deal happen at the price we wanted. One of his strong skills is negotiations and he was able to get the price very close to our first offer, and included were all the items we wanted in the house. It was almost unbelievable. Sergey also recommended a very good home inspector and lawyer who made sure the deal went smooth with no issues or surprises. Over all we are very happy to have come across Sergey and consider ourselves lucky as our whole experience was fantastic thanks to him. We will definitely be coming back to him and the first person we recommend will be Sergey as well.
