Dimitry Ioffe had our house sold within two months. We had a super short closing date, from the time the house was officially sold we had one week to drive back to Alberta and clear out the house. Dimitry offered his help and made certain arrangements in regards to the house that we were not able to do due to the time constraints. Dimitry was an excellent go between with the lawyer, buyers agent and us, he kept us well informed.

Sergey is a great real estate agent. He is always available and his service is great. He helped me sell and buy houses over the years that I have worked with him. Would recommend him to anyone.

When we decided to put our home up for sale I was concerned that it might be a tough sell. Current market conditions, selling during pandemic our price range above average and our house is fairly new, and will compete with a new built, which is plenty in surrounding communities. Sergey was very optimistic from the beginning and of course, more than me and simply emphasized the positive attributes. He put in a lot of work in the marketing even before home was listed on the MLS, and he was able to sell it in just couple of weeks! His presentation and effort was phenomenal, and the result was phenomenal too. He sold it so quick, and for more money that we expected - can't get better than that.

Sergey did amazing job selling my home. On the first meeting I understood that Sergey works differently then other realtors. I always sold homes by myself in the past, and I know the process very well. Every realtor I interviewed this time was telling me the same thing - we will do an open house, put your listing on mls and gave me either very low or absolutely unrealistic prices. When Sergey came to see my home he first went around and made detailed notes about anything I told him - all the upgrades, and all the important features. Then Sergey spent over 1.5 hour of explaining his selling systems and how he will be marketing my home to attract potential buyers. He also showed me his database of buyers who're looking to buy homes immediately and those buyers look like were a perfect fit for my home! Then Sergey told me he will start his marketing process without the MLS, and we list home on MLS in a week or so, but first he will be creating an auction effect by using his marketing, so buyers would want to come and see my place. I never saw or heard anything like this. Next day I received a list of what needs to be done in the house and what I shouldnt be doing. This was so different from what I knew. We started getting showings in about 2 days after I finnished the preparation, and received an offer on the 3-rd day! Showings continued despite my home wasnt listed on mls yet! We had a few people wanting to make an offer, and my home sold in less then 2 weeks at 99% of listed price! Wow! Just wow. Thank you Sergey. This experience was amazing.
