Best Realtor I ever saw! I worked with Dmitry to find my dream house. Dmitry shows a very strong prefessional attitude with fantastic patience, and great strategy. I am living in Edmonton so each time I went to calgary I may need to spend the whole day to see many listings. Dmitry was very patient and provide his professional opinion about each property. He never pushed me but he stood on my position to provide me his professional suggestions. Later on I found a good vacant land with a good proposed floor plan. It tooks us 4 month to negotiate with a small builder called UrbanORB. The builder was not professional at all and made the negotiation process very hard. Later on we agreed on all the price and floor plan, signed the conditional lease, but the builder eventually could not provide deposit protection as proposed in the contract because they have cash flow issue. Eventually the deal is not made but Dmitry still did a really great job by suggesting me the lawyer, mortgage, tough negotiation service, and opinions from his team. I am still working with Dmitry now to look for my dream house. Overall, Dmitry is an excellent realtor that I would stronger suggest to use!

Sergey is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept me apprised about homes and always let me know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was great. After dealing with several other realtors in the Strathmore area and being disappointed, I decided to look in Calgary and now felt lucky to find Sergey. Thank you! Jacob

Sergey was great to work with while searching for our new home! As first time home buyers, we weren't completely sure of the process and which steps we should do in which order, but he helped us through it all and made sure we stayed on track.
