Yup, he's the guy. It takes a particular type of person to be an excellent real-state agent; some favor the nice guy, and I go with the go-getter. Sep is both, a rare mix. While house hunting, I made so many excuses over the insignificant details, almost irritatingly. At times I expected him to burst out by me being so picky, but my goodness, he is a gentle soul. He took the time to observe what we foresaw, and he searched the market to find what precisely fit our requirements, which saved us a good deal of time and headache. Then, it's the matter of answering the phone; Sep was always there, filling the gaps and taking the quality time to explain stuff; this was one of his best qualities. I was told that agents are usually hasty and aren't available as much, so I reckon we were lucky he was the other way around. By and large, I think being a real-estate agent is his calling. Some are good at painting, some at math, Sep is good at finding the right house and closing a great deal. Thank you, Sep, for helping us in this journey, and this was indeed a long one. It was a delight having you on our side!
